Beetle Brunch with Lady Beetle and Butterfly Release
Sunday July 7, 2013
Anderson Education Center Classroom
We need your help to keep the butterfly house pest free! Aphids love eating the plants that our caterpillars need to grow into healthy butterflies. The best line of defense is a good offense, and an army of lady beetles would be happy to oblige. Bring Dad and the family out for a lunch that we provide while enjoying a beautiful view of our butterflies. Then take your turn releasing several ladybugs into our butterfly house.
The cost of the brunch is $10 per person (plus Garden admission for non-members) and includes lunch (sandwich, chips, drink and a cookie) and ladybug release. Space is limited and will fill up quickly for this premier event.
