Birthday Parties

Birthday celebrations at the Huntsville Botanical Garden are easy, fun-filled and unforgettable! Best of all, you can leave behind the stress of planning and picking up after the party.  Our staff does all of the prep, set up, and clean up for you, allowing you more time to spend with your family and friends.  Choose from one of two great party packages below for an unforgettable experience for your child.

BASIC PARTY- When you just need a space to host your child’s party, this is the package for you! 
$150 for Garden Members / $200 for Non-members                              

Included in this package is:

  • Admission for 15 children and 15 adults
  • 1 1/2 hours at Celebration Station*, our outdoor venue located in the Children’s Garden (Seating capacity 35)
  •  Invitations and Thank You notes emailed to you for your convenience
  • Please remember this is a host/hostess free party, so you will be responsible for  set-up and clean-up  

*No guarantee of an indoor location should inclement weather arise. 
Each additional child is $6. Each additional adult is $10.

 

CELEBRATION PARTY- Party goers enjoy a spectacular view of the nation’s largest open-aired butterfly house!
$250 for Garden Members / $300 for Non-members                               

Included in this package:

  • Admission for 15 children and 15 adults 
  • 1 1/2 hours use of private party room, located in the Anderson Education Center Classroom with a spectacular view of the nation’s largest open-aired butterfly house!
    (Seating capacity 50)  
  • Invitations and Thank You notes emailed to you for your convenience  
  • Party host/hostess to assist with your party
  • Themed paper products
  • 1 themed activity for each child
  • Souvenir T-shirt for the birthday boy/girl  
    • Admission for 15 children and 15 adults 

    Each additional child is $8. Each additional adult is $10.

Please Note for all Parties:

A guest list must be provided to spline@hsvbg.org two days prior to the party.

Celebration Parties are for children 3 and up.

Party guests must be supervised at all times.

Shoes must be worn at all times.

Outside food and drinks are permitted, excluding alcoholic beverages.

Most decorations are appropriate; please no confetti.

During warm weather we suggest you bring  towels and sunscreen.
