Learn to distinguish reptiles from amphibians and to classify reptiles by their order. There are four reptile orders in existence today. We will focus our attention on the order, Squamata which includes 9,150 species of lizards, snakes, and worm lizards. Experience a live reptile demonstration!
K-2nd: Students classify animals as either reptiles or amphibians. Students
then identify the similarities and differences between amphibians and
reptiles. Live animal demonstration included.
