What is a the Garden Gang?
The Garden Gang is a youth volunteer program conducted during the summer for young people between the ages of 11 and 16 who are interested in contributing to and learning more about the
Why join the Garden Gang?
This is a great way to fulfill community service hours while gaining valuable experience and learning new skills; not to mention, meeting new people and having fun helping out at the Garden.
What does the Garden Gang do?
Some volunteer activities will be helping with special events, administrative tasks, planting and assisting the horticulture staff.
What is the program schedule?
The Garden Gang meets during the months of June and July, meeting once a week on Wednesdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and continues to meet and work throughout the year on special projects for the Garden.
